https://www.teunulehjournal.com/index.php/jiteunuleh/article/view/230

This study aims to describe the implementation of the Problem Based Learning (PBL) learning model in improving the critical thinking skills of grade VI students of SD Negeri Sukowiryo 01, as well as identifying its supporting and inhibiting factors. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach with data collection techniques in the form of observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of the study show that the application of PBL is able to improve students' critical thinking skills which is characterized by increasing the ability to identify problems, analyze information, express opinions, and draw logical conclusions. In addition, students become more active and involved in the learning process. Supporting factors include the role of the teacher as a facilitator, the use of contextual problems, group cooperation, and the availability of learning resources. The inhibiting factors include differences in student abilities, time limitations, and low confidence of some students. Thus, PBL is effectively used to develop the critical thinking skills of elementary school students.
Rohmah Nurul FaiqohElly Sukmanasa

https://www.teunulehjournal.com/index.php/jiteunuleh/article/view/232

Mathematics learning at the elementary school level plays a crucial role in shaping students' logical and analytical thinking skills. However, the low understanding of 1st grade students of SDN Ajung 01 Kalisat towards the concept of building flat triangles and squares is caused by a learning approach that is still memorized and only relies on image media in textbooks or digital media. This study aims to describe and examine the implementation of constructivist learning in improving the understanding of the concept of building flat for 1st grade students of SDN Ajung 01 Kalisat through the use of concrete media and direct learning experiences. The theory of constructivism was chosen because it facilitates students’ active construction of knowledge. This research method uses a descriptive qualitative approach with observation, interviews, and documentation data collection methods to provide an in-depth picture of the learning process in the classroom. The results of the study show that the application of constructivism theory can improve students' understanding of the concept of triangular and rectangular flat building materials. This can be seen from the ability of students to construct their own knowledge through concrete objects, increased exploratory activities in the classroom, and evaluation results that show a deeper understanding than before. The results of the study show that the use of the constructivist approach can create a more meaningful and relevant learning experience for 1st grade elementary school students.
Mero Vinky Pujasti

https://www.teunulehjournal.com/index.php/jiteunuleh/article/view/236

This study examines the multidimensional impacts of electoral policies on geometric economy models and global stability through a qualitative literature review approach. The analysis reveals that political uncertainty during election cycles significantly disrupts geometric growth consistency, with a 1–2% decline in growth ratio (r) leading to an annual GDP loss of 0.3–0.5%. Money politics systematically distorts optimal resource allocation, diverting up to 40% of budgets to non-productive activities and reducing the marginal productivity of capital (MPK) by 0.8–1.2%. Financial market volatility, particularly in the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) and rupiah exchange rates, follows election-related fluctuation patterns, though mitigated by Bank Indonesia's interest rate stabilization and foreign reserve interventions. Globally, political instability in strategic nations disrupts supply chains and international trade. Sectors with exponential growth characteristics, such as technology, experience greater disruptions compared to linearly growing sectors like agriculture. The study recommends campaign financing reforms, monetary-fiscal policy coordination, and public education to minimize electoral disruptions to geometric economic models and global stability. These findings underscore the need for evidence-based policies to balance democratic processes with sustainable economic growth.
Cut Nova RiandaMukhsinuddin Mukhsinuddin

https://www.teunulehjournal.com/index.php/jiteunuleh/article/view/259

This study analyzes the norm localization process of Sexual and Reproductive Health and Rights (SRHR) in Indonesia through a constructivist international relations framework. Despite Indonesia's ratification of international SRHR instruments, particularly the 1994 ICPD Programme of Action, domestic implementation reveals selective and uneven adaptation patterns. Using an explanatory qualitative approach, this research examines why certain global SRHR norms are accepted while others are rejected or restricted. Data were collected through policy document analysis, national regulations, and secondary literature, analyzed using Acharya's norm localization framework and Wiener's norm contestation perspective. Findings reveal three distinct localization patterns: family planning norms were successfully institutionalized due to alignment with state development agendas; comprehensive sexuality education faced substantial resistance from religious and conservative actors; and safe abortion access norms were largely rejected through increasingly restrictive domestic regulations. This study demonstrates that global norm diffusion is not a linear process, but a negotiated terrain shaped by national identity, religious authority, and domestic political interests.
Andrew ElnathanShamfira Putri SalsabilaRefa Defanda WitantoRaki Narendri RahmadaniMuhammad Rizky Asy Syafi`i SuwandiAbdul Nurrafif PrayataHenny Rosalinda

https://www.teunulehjournal.com/index.php/jiteunuleh/article/view/240

This study examines the Indonesian government's policy of increasing tobacco excise rates from the perspective of fiqh siyasah, specifically the principle of Tasharruful Imam 'Ala Ra'iyah Manuthun BilMaslahah, which asserts that every action of a leader must be oriented toward public welfare. The main focus of this research is to analyze the effectiveness of the exercise policy in reducing cigarette consumption, minimizing health impacts, and increasing state revenue amid the growing circulation of illegal cigarettes. This study employs a normative legal method with a juridical-normative approach through library research that reviews relevant regulations, academic literature, and data from official institutions. The findings indicate that, normatively, the policy has a strong legal foundation, namely Law Number 39 of 2007 concerning Excise and Government Regulation Number 28 of 2024 concerning the Control of Addictive Substances. Theoretically, this policy is effective through the mechanism of price elasticity; however, in practice, its effectiveness is hindered by the widespread distribution of illegal cigarettes, weak enforcement, complex tax structures, and low public awareness. Therefore, optimizing the tobacco excise policy requires simplifying the excise structure, strengthening law enforcement against illegal cigarettes, and implementing cross-sectoral educational campaigns grounded in Islamic ethics and social justice. Through these comprehensive measures, the excise policy can function not only as a fiscal instrument but also as a tangible manifestation of public health protection and societal welfare.
M. https://www.teunulehjournal.com/index.php/jiteunuleh/article/view/252

This study highlights the issue of a regulatory void within the procedural law of the Constitutional Court, specifically regarding the absence of a time limit for the settlement of judicial review cases. Unlike election dispute cases which have strict statutory deadlines, judicial review proceedings often experience undue delays. This research aims to analyze the legal implications of this norm vacuum and formulate an ideal case settlement concept through the perspective of Siyasah Dusturiyah. The method employed is juridical-normative with statutory and conceptual approaches. The findings indicate that the absence of a time limit in Law Number 7 of 2020 creates legal uncertainty, which contravenes the principle of a speedy trial (contante justitie). From the perspective of Siyasah Dusturiyah, this condition violates the principles of Al-‘Adl (justice) and ‘Adam al-Ta’khir (prohibition of delaying rights) within the judicial power (Wilayatul Qadha). Therefore, a reconstruction of regulations establishing a maximum duration for case settlement is necessary for the benefit of justice seekers.

Muhammad Imam SyuhadaMuhammad SyuibBustamam Usman
